Who Am I?

I am a resident of Antalya, an academic specializing in Gastronomy and Tourism, and above all, an insatiable explorer of the Mediterranean lifestyle. For over a decade, I have walked the fine line between the theoretical study of hospitality and the practical enjoyment of it.
My days are spent researching the evolution of Anatolian cuisine and the dynamics of luxury tourism management. My evenings? They are often spent testing whether the 'catch of the day' is truly local, or if the wine list does justice to our region's ancient vineyards.
Why This Guide?
The internet is flooded with generic "Top 10" lists written by people who have never stepped foot in Antalya. This platform is my antidote to that. It is a curated collection of experiences that I have personally verified.
Here, you will not find press releases. You will find honest, academic-grade critiques of hotels, restaurants, and experiences. I look at the thread count, yes, but I also look at the sustainability practices, the sourcing of ingredients, and the cultural authenticity of the service.
